Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and onboard new farmers, retailers, and distributors. Maintain strong relationships and provide product support and guidance. Farmer Education & Demonstration Activities Organize and participate in village-level meetings, crop demonstrations, field days, training programs, and promotional events to increase awareness and product adoption. Market Intelligence & Reporting Collect and maintain records of field activities, farmer feedback, competitor movements, and cropping patterns. Submit regular reports on territory performance and trends. Desired candidate Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) / Diploma in Agriculture Experience: 23 years of hands-on experience in agri-inputs sales, farmer advisory, or rural marketing Technical & Regional Knowledge: Good understanding of agri-input products: Seeds, Crop Protection, Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs), and Fertilizers Good Understanding Crops and Agronomic practices in term of Nutrition, Crop protection, Cultural practices Familiarity with local cropping patterns and seasonal cycles Existing farmer and dealer network in the assigned are Other Attributes: Passion for rural development and farmer welfare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Basic reporting and record-keeping skills,
