Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Resources to support our Market Access Team. These individuals will assist in tracking the US Federal Sales opportunity pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC) and will have a strong data analytics background. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of Cisco's cloud-based software products and experience with US Federal Sales and the software procurement practices. They will report directly to a Senior Director on the Revenue Acceleration Team and must possess strong analytical experience, excellent communicators skills and can be self- directed. Key Responsibilities: Track and manage the Market Access sales opportunity pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC). Provide data analytics support to enhance the team's decision-making processes. Identify trends and opportunities Communicate effectively with the Senior Director and team members, taking clear direction while also initiating tasks independently. Lead initiatives based on experience and proactively address challenges. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience with Salesforce (SFDC). Strong background in data analytics. Manage large and complex data sets Knowledge of Cisco's cloud-based software products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead based on experience. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar role supporting sales teams. Experience with US Federal software procurement practices.,
