As a Cash Operations Data Key Entry Specialist within our Remittance Processing Team, you will be tasked with the responsibility of inputting remittance data from a variety of customers into our processing platforms. You will input remittance data for various remittance processing customers using multiple processing platforms and read and adhere to detailed customer instructions for processing requests, from simple to complex. Utilize strong computer and data entry skills (both alpha and numeric) to meet stringent deadlines and meet or exceed site productivity and quality standards in a timely manner. You will contribute to meeting the team's goals and make judgment calls regarding routine duties and refer non-routine situations to supervisors. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include comprehending/communicating in English and translating written amounts to alpha and numeric value, moving between various keying functions as required by posting needs, comparing and verifying data capture and data represented on screen, typing/data entry skills (Numeric keying 8000 keystrokes per hour, Alpha keying 40 words per minute with 100% accuracy), familiarity with basic computer functions, a Bachelor's degree, and readiness to work in rotational shifts and be flexible with the work schedule.,
