The ideal candidate will: Participate in requirement discussions and understand business needs. Analyze requirements and derive effective test scenarios. Plan and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines. Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA. Perform regression, integration, and UAT testing. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution. Be actively involved in the deployment process and post-deployment validation. Ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to process improvements. Work in Agile/Scrum environments and attend daily stand-ups. Maintain clear and concise test documentation.
