As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in executing test cases, conducting functional testing, and ensuring the quality of software products. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test plans, creating and implementing automated test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects. The ideal candidate should possess Test Engineering and Test Execution skills, along with experience in Test Cases and Functional Testing. A strong grasp of General Testing skills and understanding of QA processes is essential. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are required, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary for this role. Experience with automation tools and frameworks would be an added advantage. Familiarity with cloud services and enterprise digital modernization is considered beneficial.
