As a Character Designer, you will be responsible for creating original character concepts, developing detailed character sheets, and collaborating with writers and artists to ensure alignment with the story arc and personality traits. Your role will involve adjusting character designs based on feedback from the creative team while staying true to the visual style of the manga and infusing creative uniqueness. It is essential to maintain consistency in character design throughout the manga series. In this role, you will be required to research fashion, culture, and anatomy relevant to the setting and genre to enhance the authenticity of the characters. Meeting project deadlines and working efficiently within production schedules are crucial aspects of this position. This is a full-time job that requires availability for day shifts from Monday to Friday with morning shifts and weekend availability. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Character Designer. The work location for this position is in person, ensuring close collaboration with the creative team.,
