Job Purpose: 1.He/she will be responsible for Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting and coaching of sales executive. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: 1.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 2.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence. 3.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. 4.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. 5.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 6.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of product and competition status. 7.New Customer acquisition, Business development. 8.Coordination with sales and dispatch person. 9.Ensure timely delivery to customers. 10.Market Review and Survey timely and the execution at ground level to increase sales. 11.Maintain and ensure the proper stock at warehouse. 12.MIS Reporting Skills & Competencies Required: Technical Skills: Excellent sales knowledge Excellent negotiation skill Should be excellent in team handling. Behavioral Skills: Attention to Detail Excellent communication Time Management Strong in Coordination Assertiveness Trustworthy MBA (Sales & Marketing) 8-12 Years of experience in same domain Preferably from chemical industry,
