We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Maintenance at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Operations team on a full-time basis. Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities Maintenance and Utilities Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of utility systems within a facility, ensuring their efficient and reliable functioning. This role involves managing a team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, addressing issues promptly, and optimizing resource usage. Overseeing Utility Systems: The manager is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of utility systems, including water, electricity, HVAC, and other related systems. Team Management Supervising and leading a maintenance team, including technicians and contractors, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped. Preventive Maintenance Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure longevity. Issue Resolution Promptly addressing maintenance issues, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions. Resource Management Managing budgets, resources, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks, and exploring opportunities to optimize energy usage and reduce costs. Compliance And Safety Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. Project Planning And Execution Planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and repair projects. Budget Management Managing and tracking maintenance budgets and expenses. Collaboration Collaborating with other departments to meet their maintenance and renovation needs.
