You will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect materials, Capex, Opex, and plastic raw materials for a variety of products such as Mixer, Juicer, JMG, Induction cooker, OFR, Room Heater, Hand blender, Rice Cooker, etc. Your role will involve utilizing your 10+ years of experience to effectively negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement commitments with a high level of integrity. Additionally, you will be required to develop and nurture relationships with suppliers, work on forecasts and inventories, analyze performance metrics, and maintain accurate records of the procurement process. Expertise in SAP MM module for creating purchase orders, inventory analysis, and generating MIS reports will be essential for this role. Supplier management and engagement skills are crucial, along with considering the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets. You will also be responsible for managing suppliers" share of business based on TCO analysis, lead time, and MOQ, as well as planning for long lead time items/materials according to rolling forecasts from PPC. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day inventory levels, aging inventory, balance confirmations from suppliers, and reconciliation with commercials. Your role will require a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.,
