The position of Manager Lender Partnerships & Collections is currently open for immediate hiring. As the Manager Lender Partnerships & Collections, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through lender mandates and ensuring effective performance across recovery partners. This role involves a combination of lender-side B2B sales and collections stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales and onboarding of lenders/NBFCs for collections and recovery mandates, maintaining relationships with external collections vendors, field partners, and legal recovery agencies, monitoring recovery KPIs, resolving escalations, and aligning with internal ops/product teams. Additionally, you will be required to deliver partner-specific performance reports, ensure SLA compliance, and contribute to scaling the collections portfolio with a strong focus on growth and stakeholder satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-6 years of experience with at least 3 years in collections and stakeholder/vendor management. You should have proven exposure to lender sales, business development, or partnerships in a fintech or NBFC setup. Strong communication, relationship management, and execution skills are essential for this position. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with data dashboards, MIS, and performance-led reporting. Please note that this role requires full-time in-office availability.
