Serve as the first point of contact for site services and amenities. Support a collaborative environment across vendors and floors. Ensure seamless service delivery and high client engagement. Monitor and audit client areas, report issues, and manage resolutions. Handle client requests and manage expectations. Report hazards and conduct regular inspections. Manage community activities and events. Support workspace reconfigurations and project management. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.
