Job Description
In the role of a Site Asset Lead located in Bhuvad, Gujarat near Kutch, your primary responsibility will be the asset management of the wind portfolio. You will establish a strong collaborative relationship with the Technical Strategist, Process teams, and department Asset Leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement plans to address chronic longer-term issues and enhance the capability of the assets. Your role will involve planning reliability enhancement by collecting proper data through Condition Monitoring. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Providing daily site turbine status reports to the State head and wind asset Management team - Ensuring monthly compliance with the Integrated Management System and legal/statutory requirements through ReCAT - 100% - Achieving zero non-compliance of statutory requirements and completing annual Technical condition audits and Asset verifications for all WTGs - Reinforcing and leading the execution of standards, standard work, and OPEX processes - Collaborating with the Technical Strategist, Process teams, and department Asset Leaders to drive continuous improvement plans - Taking shared ownership for the safety, productivity, quality, and cost of assigned assets - Ensuring that safety of people, processes, and equipment is a top priority in all work - Analyzing technical faults, power curves, and condition monitoring data - Providing technical support for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components - Demonstrating HOTO of the Project site and ROW Management skills for smooth site execution - Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops and professional publications Requirements for this position include: - B.E / B.Tech / 3 Year regular Diploma in Electrical or Electronics - 8-12 years of experience in asset management, operations & maintenance, and system evaluation of wind turbines Functional Competencies: - Solid technical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and root cause failure analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and presentation skills,
