The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, team management, and client interaction. You will play a key role in shaping our design processes, delivering exceptional solutions, and driving collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering their growth and development. Implement, and showcase user-centered design processes to stakeholders and clients. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions. Ensure the delivery of high-quality UX designs, adhering to project timelines and goals. Advocate for design best practices and maintain consistency in UX standards across projects. Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Educational Background: Graduation from premier design institutes like IIT, NID, NIFT, or IIM (Design-focused programs preferred). Experience: 811 years in UX design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in managing and mentoring design teams. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and processes effectively. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing large-scale design projects. Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in dynamic environments.,
