Location - Pune Mode - Full time, in office Job Description - As Manager, Tech recruitment, you are responsible to run the entire recruitment cycle for the assigned mandates for our domestic or international clients. Understand and analyze the job description in details Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques) Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining Your profile - You should have minimum 3 years of experience in technology or tech recruitment field, working with agencies or tech companies Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets Experience gathering difficult to find passive candidate and business data Deep knowledge of search engine syntax in various search engines.
