Experience - 10-15 Years Location - Chennai Education - MBA (Full Time Must) Roles and responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications. Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide recruitment guidance. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements. Promote the companys culture, values, and mission to enhance employer branding.
