We are currently looking for a Manager-Reporting Operations Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team, which is part of the Enterprise Analytics Team. This team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting & dashboards to generate data-driven insights that help identify and diagnose specific execution opportunities in various areas. Responsibilities: - Acquire a deep understanding of client data and analytics environment - Oversee the execution of automated and manual reports across multiple technical platforms - Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident management - Construct and maintain the runbook to manage enterprise analytics BI processes - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders - Preprocess and clean data to ensure high-quality input for analytics processes - Provide reporting to management on key metrics such as SLA adherence, support time, and error frequency - Code enhancements to existing reports and seek methods for process automation - Assist with impact analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and development for source system projects affecting production reporting - Perform adhoc analysis as required Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Experience with Alteryx, Tableau/Tableau Prep, SQL, or other small database platforms and visual analytics tools - Industry experience in data analysis - Strong math skills, analytical background, and business acumen - Data-driven with an objective view of operational performance - Strong communication skills and ability to develop collaborative partnerships If you have the required qualifications and skills, we invite you to apply for the Manager-Reporting Operations Analyst role based in India, Bangalore.
