Job Title: Manager Software Testing Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Department: Operations Job Summary: The Manager Software Testing will lead the testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves overseeing test planning, execution, defect management, and coordination with development and business teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality assurance standards. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans. Manage and mentor a team of testers. Oversee the design, review, and execution of test cases. Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of defects. Ensure adherence to internal testing standards and procedures. Provide regular status updates and test execution reports. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers. Recommend and implement improvements in testing tools, processes, and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 710 years of experience in software testing, with at least 23 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in managing UAT, regression, and performance testing cycles. Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management systems.
