The role of Manager / Senior Manager Sales at a fast-growing health-tech company involves leading and scaling sales efforts for healthcare IT products. Reporting to the founder and leadership team, this role offers high visibility, significant ownership, and growth potential. Key responsibilities include driving B2B sales of healthcare IT solutions across various healthcare entities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams for customer alignment, tracking sales metrics, representing the company at industry events, and working towards revenue milestones. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare IT, digital health, or health-tech products.
