Job Description
The role of Manager/Senior Manager - HRO Transition involves leading and managing transitions across multiple service lines and geographies as the single point of ownership. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing transition solutions for multi-service, multi-geo, and multi-vendor environments. You will oversee all workstreams including people transfer, process, tools, and organizational change management. It is crucial to ensure that contractual obligations related to transitions are measurable and reportable. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to drive successful transition outcomes. Tracking and reporting transition KPIs such as cost, schedule, and quality, and presenting updates to senior stakeholders are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, participation in sales pursuits and RFPs, including designing transition plans and presenting them to clients, is also expected.
