Job Description

The Manager - Commercial and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing various key activities related to billing, invoicing, and customer interactions at Redhills & Vallur - CFS. Reporting to the DGM Sales in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Daily Invoice Cross Verification:** You will be tasked with verifying all invoices against the rate card to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms. Any discrepancies identified must be resolved by collaborating with relevant teams. - **Close Coordination With The Global Service Center (GSC):** Working closely with the GSC team, you will maintain consistency and accuracy in billing activities, troubleshoot any issues, and provide support for complex cases. - **Customer Meetings & Billing Evaluation:** Coordinating with Key Account Managers, you will arrange meetings with customers to evaluate billing processes, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for efficiency. - **Follow-up On Volume Increases:** Regularly engaging with customers to discuss potential volume increases and ensuring adjustments are reflected in subsequent invoices. - **Operations Team Coordination:** Collaborating with the Operations team to address any operational issues impacting billing and ensuring smooth integration between operations and billing processes. - **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintaining organized documentation for all billing activities, tracking discrepancies, and preparing reports for senior management to drive ongoing improvements in billing efficiency. Qualifications and Competencies: - Graduation degree with First Class pass out and over 20 years of total experience - Minimum of 12 years of experience in CFS operation and commercial roles - Strong communication skills in English & Hindi - Experience in Marketing, Business Development Finance, and Operations of CFS - Confident, self-driven, and a team player In this role, your ability to effectively manage billing processes, coordinate with various teams, and drive improvements in customer interactions will be key to success.
