Additionally, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation and closing organizations within a fast-growing high-technology company. You should possess a growth mindset, high emotional intelligence (EQ), integrity, and experience with SaaS/subscription-based sales models. A data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead through influence are essential for success in this role.
