Job Description

Experience: 5-10 years

Interview Process: 3 round of virtual interview and final round will be face to face


Key Responsibilities:
A very sound understanding of the Retail and or ecommerce process across the supply chain from manufacturing to POS including complex warehouse operation. Should be able to leverage existing relationships.
We can consider the candidate from AIDC Background as well.
Must have relative experience of consulting, selling and upselling software & automation based solutions within the RETL vertical. Experience of selling warehouse WMS, automation solution is desirable
Being able to plan one’s business, accurately forecast and deliver on commitments. 
The candidate should have the experience of managing large accounts and the ability to create new accounts
To engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments. Should have independently generated business of multi Cr YoY.
Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions
Customer prospecting and Mapping: - Identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach. - Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users
Should have a proven ability to represent BCI in forums , plan go to market strategies for maximum effect and market BCI solution sales - Company representation, plan & participate in expo/road show.
