Group Company ACG Cellulose, Dahej Primary Responsibilities Develop project and contractor safety management plan and ensure its execution Ensure the continual EHS legal compliance at all ACPL plants. Communicate legal updates and ensure their compliance across all plants Plan certification requirements for all plants and ensure the required certification is obtained and maintained. Ensure the required resources are made available at the plant as per the EHS budgets Plan the various EHS drives and review the execution of the same at the respective plants Prepare the EHS training calendar and ensure execution of training as per the calendar at each ACPL plant Manage regulatory and customer audits for EHS Develop short and long term objectives for EHS as per the EHS policy and ensuring that the objectives are met within timelines Review the EHS policy, objectives, targets periodically and their review their effectiveness. Provide inputs during the policy formation stage Liaison with required regulatory authorities Manage non-compliance at the plants and handle escalations as required Internal Processes Conduct EHS audits / inspections for identifying the gaps, monitoring the effectiveness of EHS mgmt. system and guide for the relevant corrective actions Compile the monthly MIS. Analyze and identify gaps.
