As a Resource Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation of resource management processes within the Business Unit. This involves adhering to the policies and procedures established by the organization to guarantee smooth service delivery within the Unit. A crucial aspect of your role will involve acting as the key liaison between internal stakeholders for resource planning and allocation. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams such as Human Capital, engineering, and operations to coordinate efforts effectively. This will include conducting regular meetings with primary stakeholders to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide necessary updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining important documentation such as the Monthly operator incentive calculation sheet and the Monthly operator productivity sheet. These records will serve as vital sources of information for tracking and improving operator performance. In terms of reporting and documentation, you will be required to prepare and present regular reports on operator performance to the Operations Manager and the Head of Department. This will involve analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Furthermore, as part of your role, you will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvement to minimize operator overtime and enhance overall performance. Implementing these improvements will be essential in optimizing efficiency and service quality.
