As a Manager in RD&A Beverages & Dairy at Stonefield Flavours Pvt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new Beverages and Dairy product formulations, with a focus on Fruit & Milk based beverages, CSD, PSD, Ice cream, Functional & Nutritional dry blends, Syrups, Tea, Coffee, etc. Your key accountabilities will include developing and optimizing innovative formulations aligned with market trends, conducting lab-scale experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations, monitoring market trends, and establishing networks with suppliers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science & Technology or Dairy Technology, along with 8-12 years of experience in the field. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
