Position: Manager - Programs Organisation: A Leading NGO Experience: 10 - 15 years Qualification: MSW CTC: 24 LPA Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities Design Programs with Strategic Alignment of organizations mission Design and plan the program and monitor its outputs, outcomes and impact Monitor costs and expenditure for the prototype and prepare a clear plan to scale and replicate. Identify resources and skills required to scale and replicate for the operations team Requirements 10-15 years of work experience in the NGO sector MSW, MA in Development, other Development Studies Should know English and Hindi and any other regional language Should be open to travel for work related assignments.,
