To help us continue to grow, we’re in search of an experienced Centre manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a highly skilled business analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.
Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
• Preferably a candidate with experience from education counselling or consulting background with minimum 5-8 years years of team leading experience required in the field of overseas education
• Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake
• Training and regular knowledge upskilling of the team
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Understand the student’s interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University
• Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
• Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
• Contacting candidates, arranging interviews
• Matching applicants to suitable courses at universities and working towards the University application process
• Participate and assist in the marketing process
• Assist with the student visa process.
• Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities as per their profile.
• Responsible for prompt reply to students’ queries and solve the queries of students / universities through emails and call.
• Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities
• Assisting the students with the application process of universities internationally for institutions with us
• Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
• Assisting in filling online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas universities.
• Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
• the compliance of the process and systems in the office
• Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
• Excellent organization skills proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on studying abroad for all international destinations 
• Assisting students and their parents in selecting a suitable course and university at international destination
• Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
• Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning.
• Participating in educational fairs.
• Organizing counselling programs.
• Reports daily, weekly and monthly status. First meeting points for discussion
• Handle end to end admissions process for students applying to international universities for UG/PG -MBA/MS programs for both STEM & NON-STEM programs

• Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
• Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor others, as well as design training programs.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
• Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Strong experience in operations, administration and Team managing role
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent MS Office exposure: PowerPoint, Word and Excel

DESIRED PROFILE

• Excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a team leader in the field of overseas education.
• The candidate should have exposure/knowledge about the international education system in developed countries like USA, UK, Canada, Europe & Australia, and should have counselled students for their Education in these countries
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• People’s person with good PR and convincing skills.
• Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
• Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
• Must have good listening and analytical skills
• Good Computer Skills in MS Office and data entry.
