We produce home furniture in sheet metal, tubes and plastic moulding. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager- Powder Coating Plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). He should have experience for overall working of the automatic powder coating plant. First time right efficiency (FTR) should be above 95%. He should have thorough knowledge of plant, powders, phosphating lines and manpower handling. Qualifications Experience in Automatic Powder Coating Plant Operations and Production Management Proficiency in Production Planning and Quality Control Knowledge of Budgeting principles and practices Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Professional Degree in Powder Coating should be there. Previous experience in Automatic Powder Coating Plant is a must (min 3-5years). Responsibilities Overseeing and managing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant. Ensure that production goals are met while maximizing overall plant performance. Responsible for developing processes that improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Ability to set long-term goals and strategies that are designed to improve employee productivity, reduce energy costs. Overall knowledge of industry trends to make informed decisions about future strategies and goals. Ensure operations are running smoothly and with minimal costs. Able to evaluate resource usages such as manpower, equipment, stock levels, and maintenance versus cost effectiveness to identify areas where savings can be made. Need to be able to lead by example and provide motivation for employees so that they can reach their full potential and accomplish successful outcomes. Able to articulate goals clearly across all departments, effectively communicating decisions, and successfully managing conflict resolution through active listening. Needs to demonstrate trustworthiness by upholding values and making ethical decisions based on what is best for the company. Should promote teamwork among their staff by fostering an atmosphere of respect and cooperation.,
