As a Manager Post Possession at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) in Gurugram, Haryana, India, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional post-possession experience for customers. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) along with 10+ years of experience in customer-centric roles, particularly in handovers or project management. Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, event planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential for this position.
