This role involves overseeing all financial aspects of plant operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for Plant locations. Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts. Provide financial insights and recommendations to plant management. Cost Management: Master in running the Costing run in SAP Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization. Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction. Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets Costing Dashboard and Variance Analysis SAPCO & Monthly Settlements Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Management of the SKU wise reports Cost Saving validations and reporting of the same as and when required Operational Support: Collaborate with plant managers to support operational decision-making. Provide financial insights for capital investment projects and ROI analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies. Ensure Fixed asset ownership and management of plants Internal Controls & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
