Overview: The Role: A Seasoned Packaging Sourcing Leader working in FMCG-Pharma Industry with Global Business/Market exposure. The person will lead a team of sourcing experts and will contribute through negotiations, category management, and balanced innovations. How you would contribute: Manager, Packaging Sourcing will manage vendor partnerships and ensure the procurement of high-quality packaging materials. Key responsibilities include: Vendor Management: Select and evaluate vendors to meet business goals. Strategic Sourcing: Use data and strategic principles to assess cost, quality, risk, and compatibility. Quality Assurance: Lead all aspects of procurement and ensure compliance with industry standards. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis for informed procurement decisions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to support new product launches.
