Job Title Manager-Operations Position - 01 Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream Masters in Hospital Administration or Equivalent experience. Experienced - 2-3 Years Location - Thane, Mumbai Salary- As per Industry standard Role & Responsibilities. Ensuring achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the centre. 1) Employee awareness survey & Employee satisfaction survey. 2) Trainings programmes. 3) Team building & outbound Activities 4) Employee engagement activities Implementing new directives and policies time to time to meet the objectives of the organisation. Ensure conversion in all verticals. Plan and organize in house activities for old patient Engagement. Ensure marketing activities are planned and executed as per the schedule. Ensure Follow up of all the enquiries thru Tele calling. Managing the cost, quality and delivery of health care services. Responsible for top line and bottom line of the centre. Responsible for yearly budgeting of following: 1. Operational expenses 2. Capital expenditures Collecting the information, analyzing and using it to plan and manage systems and protocols. Competition analysis report on monthly basis. Responsible for day to day operations and overall financial viability of the assigned centre. Responsible for Repair & Maintenance, of the Fixed Assets in coordination with HO, and ensuring no over shoot of maintenance budgets. Attending committee meetings and representing the opinions of teams and departments. Achievement of NPS targets. Ensure 100 % participation in following: Preferred candidate profile Able to communicate effectively with health care professionals, service agencies, relations of patients, patients, and physicians. Should actively participate in community Ability to work with personnel and limited resources. Able to provide quality care to patients. Able to classify, prioritize and manage complicated problems of patients. Presenting excellent professional health care to patients. Excellent contribution to system and maintain high quality teamwork. Good utilization of the resources. Good problem solving skills.
