The Manager-Operations will oversee and optimise end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to quality standards, and seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a data-driven approach to managing workflows. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve performance metrics. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Process Management Monitor and improve supply chain, logistics, and vendor management processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Establish and track KPIs for operational performance. Customer Support & Experience Collaborate with the team to address and resolve escalations. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with sales, technology, and finance teams to streamline operations. Partner with stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables. Skills Set Requirement Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with registered suppliers to ensure continuous engagement and responsiveness. Rate Collection and Competitiveness: Ensure suppliers provide competitive and accurate rates that meet buyer requirements. Document Management: Efficiently collect and manage necessary documents from suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements. Order Status Communication: Effectively communicate order status to suppliers and ensure timely follow-up actions. Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of supplier activities and engagement metrics. Supplier Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers and ensure they are well-trained on using the platform. Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and vendor management.
