Job Description

Role Objective: Looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team! He will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the territory, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers and managing sales processes of the assigned territory. Role and Resposibilities: Developing business plans that will grow the business Increasing business and revenue as per the company business targets Developing and maintaining customer relationships Developing sales and business development strategies Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership Recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies Responsible for all pre sales and customer demos Work Experience: 3 to 5 years Knowledge/ Skills: Should have minimum experience of 3 years in radio communications industrial sales / projects Good communication/presentation skills MS Office tools and good proficiency in MS Excel Understanding of telecom systems( Radio, PA, CCTV etc) in industrial segment Education: B.TECH/B.E , or MBA(Marketing/Sales),
