Job Description
To follow up and assess the market of its operational area; To propose targets for the development plan of the branch; To ensure the development of the activities in line with the objective of the company (achievement of the objectives of the branch in terms of financial and social performance); To plan and to monitor the activities of the branch To establish and implement all the procedures needed to manage the branch in accordance with NBFC-MFI procedures; To ensure that all the infrastructures are operational and well maintained (offices and offices equipment, MIS, updating the informations daily etc.); To ensure the implementation of the companies internal control system in the branch like asset verification, loan disbursement etc. To ensure members day wise collection information to be updated with the Head Office, every day. At all times, you are expected to follow the standard operating protocol of our company and the RBI norms as amended from time to time. To manage and coordinate the activities with the members of the branch, This includes; To verify the KYCs of new members and matters incidental thereto To coordinate with the subordinates in the new members recognition test. To manage the staff of the Branch. This includes: To assign individual objectives according to the Business Plan objectives. To follow up with the individual performance of subordinates. To assign targets to Field Development Officers and coordinate them in vital duties. To identify the training needs of the staff. To provide support to the branch staff. To participate in the capacity building of the branch staff. Only namakkal candidates.
