As a Manager of MarTech and Analytics Solutions at Micron Technology, your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing software engineering teams specializing in Marketing Automation, Web Operations, and QA teams. You will serve as the primary internal consultant and thought leader within the Global Marketing and Sales teams, adhering to best practices. Additionally, you will partner with Marketing leadership to understand capability needs and enhance the overall efficiency of marketing platforms, solutions, and operations. Your role will involve delivering large-scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology, and working within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and integrations. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of related software solutions or program/project leadership experience in large-scale Enterprises, along with 3 years of experience supporting global marketing, analytics, and platform solutions. Experience with planning and execution in a high-tech environment is crucial. You should possess a strong technical understanding of marketing technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Marketo (for email and customer campaign management), web technologies, and Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud). Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM is a plus. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery of quality solutions within Web and Marketing solutions ecosystems, as well as building an automation framework for Web and Marketing applications. As a Manager of MarTech and Analytics Solutions, you must exhibit strong leadership, communication, consulting, and influencing skills. You should have experience leading operations and analytics teams with a data-driven approach. Active participation in long-range strategy planning to identify and address complex business issues will be expected. You will drive high business value projects by coordinating and negotiating solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or an industry-related field is required for this role.
