As a Manager / Senior Manager - Lean Digital Transformation at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in providing Process Excellence & Transformation support to our businesses based in the Philippines, which cater to global clients. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching operations on transformation initiatives, leading strategic projects, and designing digital and analytics transformation projects to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and mitigate operational risks, focusing on process management within control limits - Revitalize Lean Six Sigma (LSS) culture within operations and drive client engagement - Collaborate with various teams to design and implement Value Generating (VG) and Transformation Roadmaps - Lead Lean & Six Sigma tools application and Process Excellence methodology - Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and digital solutions - Drive projects to enhance end-to-end processes and deliver measurable business impact - Foster a culture of Process Excellence and Digital innovation within the team - Support Transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining, and target setting for new processes - Drive standardization and global best practices across the organization - Interact with clients to understand their priorities and identify business opportunities Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - University graduate - Strong Project Management experience in driving improvement and transformation projects - Lean & Green Belt Trained, Tested, Certified - Proficiency in Automation, Robotics, and other digital technologies - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Leadership, consultative, and partnering skills - Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency - Critical thinking and accountability - Openness to new ideas and diverse cultures - Experience in designing and implementing Digital transformation projects Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Domain expertise in Insurance Operations - Relevant experience in Digital transformation projects This is a full-time role based in India-Noida, and we are looking for candidates who are proactive, innovative, and dedicated to driving meaningful change.
