The Manager, Business Insights & Analytics role at AIL involves partnering with various business units to create therapy-specific insights and analytics to identify short-term and medium-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities include: - Analyzing sales and prescription audits from sources such as IQVIA, SMSRC, and CMARC to derive market size, share trends at national and regional levels. - Providing relevant actionable insights related to Therapeutic Areas (TAs). - Synthesizing, triangulating, and developing analyses on the macro environment to support strategic planning and quantify opportunities for New Product Introductions (NPIs). - Offering data toolkits and analytics support to aid in business and strategic planning as well as management discussions. - Managing a market information database to monitor performance in TAs of interest. - Conducting specialized market analyses based on business needs. - Assisting business leadership in developing commercial strategies and go-to-market models. - Providing project management support for key projects.,
