We're seeking a strategic and driven individual to lead and scale our inside sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and mentor our Inside Sales team to exceed revenue targets. Design and execute inside sales strategies for lead generation and qualification. Optimize CRM processes (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for accurate pipeline visibility. Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and track lead quality. Develop KPIs, performance dashboards, and sales forecasts. Provide hands-on support for key accounts and high-priority deals. Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions. Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS/IT services sales. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role, preferably in digital services, IT, SaaS, or consulting. Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation.
