To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, along with at least 9 years of experience leading IT teams and supporting physical and virtual infrastructure systems. A Master's degree in a relevant field or airline industry leadership experience would be advantageous. You should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues, and the capacity to align IT infrastructure with business objectives while planning for future growth.
