As a Small Business Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain excellent relationships with small businesses. This involves understanding and fulfilling the clients" requirements, as well as identifying gaps and resolving issues to prevent transaction disputes and ensure transaction growth. You will be executing retention plans for merchants at risk of churning on a monthly basis, as well as generating new leads for market penetration. In addition, you will be tracking and analyzing transaction and gross monetary value to identify root causes for transaction drops and working towards their resolution. Keeping merchants updated about applications, handling daily reports, and collecting feedback from the market will also be part of your role, along with analyzing competition in the market. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements effectively.,
