Education Qualification: M.Com./B.Com. Role Job Description Sound understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping. Excellent knowledge of data analysis. Proficiency in handling accounting software. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a backup in place for every critical operation. Work with Finance Head to create new internal accounting corporate policies. Execute and maintain existing policies. Manage Cash flows and monitoring inflow and outflow of cash remitted from various sales, construction and general office purchase & proceedings. Ensure that all documentation, records and files are maintained for all financial transactions for SBP Group. Coordination with bank for all banking related transactions. Managing PF & ESI challans in coordination with HR. Raising and submitting challans as required. Compute and process incentives, bonus etc. to be issued to employees as per the directives received from Management and HR from time to time. Responsible to ensure SBP is compliant on employee welfare and other mandates of Wages & Salaries Act, and other related Laws. Periodical filing of returns for all Taxes like GST, Income tax and TDS. Keep data upto date for timely returns filling. Coordination with bank for all banking related transactions.,
