The job requires you to ensure the successful execution and completion of small to medium complex business projects that are important for the organization. Your role involves designing and executing these projects, working independently with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information, and recommending solutions. You will be responsible for identifying tools and methodologies to solve business challenges within the organization or with clients, defining relevant KPIs, and designing reporting formats to track the KPIs. Additionally, you will need to identify partnership opportunities for the benefit of the organization, develop and maintain performance reports, and consult with management about format distribution and purpose. Your performance will be measured based on the number of project implementations, quality of research and analysis, number of tools and methodologies identified, number of partners identified, and number of KPIs and reporting formats defined. In terms of outputs expected, you will be required to collect and analyze information on specific business problems or procedures, recommend and develop solutions as required, review management reports, and make specific suggestions, recommendations, and actions based on the reports. You will also need to plan and manage small to medium complex business projects, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and estimate work plans while tracking activities closely and reporting progress regularly. Team management will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will provide feedback to enable the team to perform independently and grow. Some of the key skills expected from you include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starting abilities, teamwork skills, strong written and oral communication skills, adaptability, ability to handle pressure and setbacks, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Moreover, the job entails managing a team of Sustainment Engineers, handling incident response, reporting sustain status to business and program leadership, and ensuring SLAs are met. You will be required to interface with various teams regarding customer feedback, own the Market Change Request backlog, and drive incident prediction and prevention opportunities. Qualifications include significant work experience, understanding of supply chain functions, and technical expertise in ServiceNow.
