As a Human Resource professional, you will act as a HR business partner with department heads, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and the exit process. Your role involves supporting the company's growth plans by attracting and retaining high-quality talent. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, from manpower planning to selection, in a timely manner. Additionally, you will develop an employee branding strategy for 70 EMG, utilizing platforms such as social media and conferences for effective marketing. Addressing employee grievances, organizing engagement activities, and handling HR documentation are crucial aspects of this role. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in people management, ensuring office decorum, and maintaining the company culture at the Delhi branch of 70 EMG. Collaboration with the management to streamline HR processes between Mumbai and Delhi is also a part of this position.
