Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.) and internal controls. Maintain accuracy and completeness of data received from HRIS, Time & Attendance systems, and business functions. 3. Cost Governance & JV Management Ensure correct journal entries (JVs) are reviewed and posted in the finance systems within defined timelines. 4. Reporting & Analytics Provide inputs for internal and external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reports. 5. Process Improvement & Controls Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / HR; MBA/PGDM preferred. Technical Skills: ERP experience with finance systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a must.
