Job Title: HR Operations Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Medpark Hospital, Mohali Experience: 612 Years in HR Operations (Hospital/Healthcare Industry Preferred) Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent Job Type: Full-Time Age Group: 3045 years Salary: - 30000 - 40000 Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and final settlements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, maternity, and other statutory obligations. Maintain and regularly update employee records, personal files, and HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS). Support talent acquisition strategies to meet department-wise manpower requirements. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure fair resolution in coordination with department heads. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with hospital goals and legal frameworks. Drive employee engagement programs, welfare activities, training & development initiatives. Coordinate internal/external HR audits, ISO/NABH-related HR compliance, and documentation. Analyze HR data and generate reports for senior management on attrition, headcount, manpower budgeting, etc. Supervise HR team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
