Job Responsibilities Leading digital transformation projects with new age HR Skills focusing on high quality deliverables, driving the scope, timelines, and budgetary targets. Design and execution of HR transformation projects leading to operational efficiencies and employee experience. Project Management - Technical Evaluation, Project Tracking, UAT, Support, Value Realization. Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities. Creating, understanding, and validating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimated effort for given module/task. Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist OR At least 2-3 years of implementation experience and expertise in SAP SF Platform and Employee Central (EC) module. Have in-depth understanding of SAP EC OR can do - SAP EC approval workflow, custom objects, data reporting, data mapping, data import processes, integration with various systems like S/4 HANA, legacy systems, external applications/ platforms.
