Position : Manager - Full Stack Developer (Python) No. of Positions: 2 Experience Required : 4-7 Years Qualification Required : Relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields. Relevant certification is preferable. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Manager - Full Stack Developer (Python) with 4-7 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python and Django, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. This role involves problem-solving, critical thinking, and working closely with stakeholders to meet user requirements. Technical Skills Python and Django Expertise : Excellent knowledge and experience in Python and Django. Familiarity with event-driven programming and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework. Experience in designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Database And API Management Good understanding of databases and experience with REST APIs. Ability to improve the functionality of existing systems and ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Code Quality And Security Proficient in writing clean, readable, and maintainable code. Experience in managing platform security and verifying compliance with accessibility standards. Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement. Front-End Knowledge Basic knowledge of front-end languages to collaborate effectively on full-stack development. Additional Technical Skills Knowledge of cloud computing, multiple scripting languages, and deep learning (Neural Networks) with a focus on NLP Transformers. Relevant certification may be helpful. Soft Skills Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking : Strong ability to problem-solve, critically think, and understand complex concepts in solving problems. Collaboration And Communication Great team-working and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.
