As the Global DQ Application Lead at Bunge, you will be responsible for leading global Master Data quality programs and driving data cleansing projects across various data domains such as Material, Customer and Supplier, FI, and Supply chain related master data to enhance data quality and governance. Your role will involve developing DQ dashboards, executing critical projects, and upholding the highest level of established Bunge data governance and policies at regional and global levels. You will serve as a Data Quality Application/tools expert, particularly focusing on SAP Information Steward, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions and globally from Business, IT, and other departments to support and achieve mutually agreed outcomes in master data domains for project implementation and governance. Key functions of this role include leading and driving data quality programs, developing programs using business algorithms for end business users, monitoring adherence to data algorithms, working with Master Data Coordinator to resolve data quality issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively analyzing business processes to address business needs innovatively and effectively. Specific to the department, you are required to have hands-on knowledge of key technologies such as Information Steward, Collibra, SQL, and MDG. You should possess excellent expertise in SAP Information Steward and SQL, along with experience in Data Dictionaries/taxonomy and Metadata management. Minimum requirements for this role include a B.Tech, BCA, or MCA education and a minimum of 5-8 years of professional data management experience leading SAP Information Steward, Collibra, SQL systems independently. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience providing and supporting business solutions related to DQ, specifically in SAP Information Steward / SQL, and experience in FMCG / CPG organizations is preferable. You should be capable of working effectively in a virtual team environment that may operate across different distances, cultures, and time zones.
