We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Manager to lead the development efforts within our Solutions Engineering team. As a .NET Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing projects, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality .NET solutions that meet customer needs. In this role, your responsibilities will include team leadership, technical leadership, project management, and solution design and development. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting the career development of team members. Additionally, you will recruit, onboard, and train new team members. As a technical leader, you will design, develop, and maintain .NET applications while adhering to best practices and coding standards. You will stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools, providing technical guidance to the team and contributing to the development of solutions. In terms of project management, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing preventative measures will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for applications, designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure solutions. Collaboration with other Solution Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems is also key. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, extensive experience in development including C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies, experience in leading and managing a team of developers, and a strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, as well as database technologies like SQL Server and PostgreSQL, will be beneficial.
